Payments can be made online by credit card or by cheque in US dollars.

Payment in USD only.

If you're paying by credit card, your bank will make the conversion from CAD to USD.

If you don't have the US chequing account, you can use your Canadian account cheque and write "US" in front of the amount. 

Deadline for payment: 03rd March 2012

If paying by cheque, I must receive the cheque by 3rd March. Don't mail it on 3rd March as I'm leaving on the 4th and you won't get the ski passes on time.
