Thursday 17th March - Avantura NASTAR race:

Our friends from Gore Mountain have organized a RACE for our group – again! Here are few things you need to know:

• Race is available to participants of all ages
• Everyone must register in advance to participate
• Register online at http://skiracing.nastar.com/user/register. In the "Create or Join the Team" section, under "Club Team", select "Avantura - Canada", or
• Complete “NASTAR_RACE” PDF form at Group sales office when you pick up your ski passes
• Give the form to Group sales staff when you pick up your ski-passes
• Race from 10:30am – 2:00pm
• Race course will be setup on Twin Fawns trail, mid station off the Sunway chair
• Green and Yellow course, 2 people can run simultaneously
• Average run time 30 seconds
• Please visit the information desk in the Base Lodge after 3:30pm Thursday or any time Friday to review results and pick up the medals!
• Depending on the number of racers, everyone may get 2 runs
