Back last night from Panama. Loved every minute. Will try to do a brief write-up for those who are looking for their next adventure in the tropics. The wooden canoe in the picture is used by Kuna Yala natives for fishing and trips between the islands. It's super heavy but I had fun paddling it. The paddle itself weights half of my canoe!
