Deadline for submitting payments for any additional ski passes & lessons is 25 March 2012.

You can pay with your credit card, cheque or Paypal account. If you're paying by cheque, but I need to have it by 25th March (not mailed by 25th March).

Payment in USD only. All payments are charged in USD. If you're paying by credit card, your bank will make the conversion from USD to CAD.

Important: when making final purchases to pay for tickets & lessons you obtained by completing the Add/Change form, you MUST match the names on the Add/Form with names on your order.
