Changes

Hotel reservations - if you need to add extra days, simply follow the reservation process and select additional days. If you need to cut your stay short, send me an email and I'll make the adjustment manually. After you called the hotel to guarantee the room for late arrival, you are in complete charge of your reservation. It means only you are responsible for cancellation. I ask that you contact me before you cancel the room with the hotel, in case I have a family on the waiting list. Please don't expect the refund for hotel from me, because I don't handle hotel payments in the first place. If you're cancelling your complete stay, I will refund the Hospitallity Room fee electronically via PayPal.

Ski Passes can be added any time, if you need extra. Simply follow the reservation process and select additional ski pass days. Refunds will be handled after we return home - see the note on cancellation.

Ski passes for Whiteface can be added any time, if you need extra. Simply follow the reservation process and purchase another pass. Refunds will be handled after we return home - see the note on cancellation.

Ski Rentals - can be added any time, if you need extra. Simply follow the reservation process and select additional ski rental days. Refunds will be handled after we return home - see the note on cancellation.

 

Cancellations

Hotel reservations can typically be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival. When you call the hotel to guarantee your room for late arrival with your credit card, ask the hotel agent about their cancellation policy. Some hotels may charge you for the whole lenght of stay should you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival. Please check with the hotel when you call them to guarantee your rooms! It is your responsibility to be informed.

If you decide to cancel your room, please contact me before you cancel the room with the hotel. There could be other people from our group on the wiating list for that hotel.

Ski passes for Titus can be cancelled and full refund obtained as long as you don't sign for them at the ticket booth. Refunds for ski passes are handled upon our return home via Reconcilliation page. Please send an email with "Titus Ski Pass Refund" in the subject line.

Ski passes for Whiteface are non-refundable after 10 February 2012. Refund for passes cancelled before the deadline will be processed via PayPal electronically. Please send an email with "Whiteface Ski Pass Refund" in the subject line.

New Year tickets are non-refundable after they're paid.

Ski Rentals are refundable as long as you don't sign for them at the Rental booth. Please send an email with "Titus Ski Rental Refund" in the subject line.
